**About us**

Dwyer Landscaping & Construction Group are a small family run Structural Landscaping company based in slacks creek that specialise in concrete sleeper retaining walls and a variety of fencing. Due to company growth the opportunity has arisen to employ an additional experienced concrete sleeper retaining wall builder to become a member of our supportive and collaborative team, focussed on customer service where quality of workmanship is key to our success.

**Qualifications & experience**
- proven experience within the retaining wall building industry (preferred but not essential)
- Construction white card
- Drivers license and own transport essential
- MR or higher truck licence (preferred but not essential)
- Excavator ticket (preferred but not essential)
- Skid Steer ticket (preferred but not essential)

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- manage planning, set-out and construction of concrete sleeper retaining walls
- ensure drainage system is compliant and in line with Australian standards upon backfilling of walls
- be capable of running small crew from start to finish of each job including but not limited to removal of existing structures and installing new
- maintaining machinery, trucks and tools, ie greasing, fuelling, reporting any damage or service intervals, keeping clean and tidy and in functioning order (tools included)
- daily reporting to construction manager
- being confident with making fast decisions and problem solving with positive outcomes
- be physically fit to handle heavy lifting in excess of 30KG in the great out doors
- proficient communication skills and be able to work in a team environment

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
