**Responsibilities**:
Adra Group is currently seeking a self-motivated individual who has the ambition to become a multi-skilled Design Draftsperson to join our team in Perth.
- In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the design deliverables of multi-disciplined projects (Structural & Civil).

Primary KPI’s:

- To be approachable, fair, and reasonable.
- Work closely with the design &/or engineering team members.
- Identify project battery limits, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Produce accurate and technically correct CAD models and drawing packages within the timeline allocated.
- Ensure compliance with approved design codes, standards, and Scope of Works.
- Contribute/Complete milestones or project deliverables as required.
- Assist in timely and quality advice/checking for the design team on moderate complexity deliverables.

Key Selection Criteria
- 4-6 years of design drafting experience within the Mining (Iron Ore) and/or Material Handling Sector.
- Proficient in the use of 2D/3D CAD software packages - **AutoCAD, Inventor, **Navisworks and exposure to Point Cloud desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work unsupervised, focus on task completion, and initiative.
- Understanding of critical path activities and the ability to prioritise scope deliverables.

Other relevant skills, knowledge, and experience
- Exposure to multiple disciplines, structural, civil & mechanical.
- Experience executing works at all stages of the project lifecycle including conceptual design, detailed design and installation/construction.
- Practical exposure within the mining and/or material handling processing sector

Further Details

To be eligible to apply, you must be an Australian / New Zealand or hold permanent residency status and have a current driver’s license.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
