**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a member of the Business solutions team this role will support the deployment of PLM throughout the organisation. Reporting into the Manager of IM Engineering Solutions, this role will provide effective second level support for Enovia through the as well as participation in project work in various roles. This role will work collaboratively to combine business requirements and software capabilities into a cohesive and optimized tool set in alignment with IM and enterprise roadmaps.

The holder of this role will attend relevant workshops in which Management Objectives (MBOs) are established, and will support the Manager Business

Solutions in the execution of AAP strategy and relevant MBOs.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-7 years’ experience as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Analyst
- In depth technical and functional knowledge with PLM Software (particularly Dassault Systems 3Dx - Enovia)
- Experience in working with colleagues and clients to investigate, document and implement solutions
- Experience in full life cycle PLM implementations
- Project Management
- Change Management
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Management, ICT or similar or relevant experience
- Strong team player, with ability to work as part of a larger group or independently
- Persuasive communicator with exceptional management skills with ability to relate to people at any level of business
- Elicit and analyse current “as-is” processes, understand new requirements and develop “to-be” processes to meet the business needs
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction
- Strong customer mindset abilities.
