**Main Tasks**
- Customer visit for review their current production process, working methods and recommend improvements by reporting.
- Evaluate current competence level of customer’s personnel running and using their systems and suggest training or follow up actions.
- Ensure issues reported, including suggestions for improvements.
- Support customer to utilize Innova software to improve their process.
- Identify training opportunities and execute training sessions, internally as well as to customers
- Take ownership of process consultancy related work orders and escalations
- Align customers management on different levels, to understand and gain control
- Review yield groups for standard yield comparing actual yield and propose improvements to our customers.
- Capture, improve and communicate install base data at customer locations.
- Communicate sales opportunities and critical issues to the Sales Team.
- Submit a detailed report for each relevant customer visit
- Design KPIs and propose reports with customers.
- Team role in projects to plan and conduct training, workshops, preparation, startup and implementation.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Extensive technical knowledge of the Marel meat equipment portfolio would be advantageous
- Extensive process knowledge within the meat processing industry
- Commercial attitude, entrepreneurial drive and perseverance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to execute agreed tasks and deadlines against performance criteria
- Have prior process and yield optimization record
- Utilizing software and interacting data to assist in making recommendations for process and or productivity improvements
- Able to interact and win trust when approach people at different levels and situations.

**Education, Knowledge, and Experience**
- Either a related tertiary qualification and or practical experience within a meat processing facility
- Experience in a technical or meat processing environment
- Experience in a similar position or related sector
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization
- Butchery
- Whole animal breakdown
- History of process, productivity and yield improvements
- A passion in helping our customers you take control of their meat processing.
