**Your new company**
3-month contract opportunity for an AV Technician/ Workplace Coordinator to join a healthcare organisation based in the inner-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

**Your new role**
The Audio & Visual Technician will operate 3-5 days a week in an operational service support role. You will be the go-to person and be willing to step into any task as it arises to ensure customers have a great experience specific to audio visual equipment. You’ll be dealing with customers on a daily basis, and so professionalism & stakeholder management is of the utmost importance.

**Your responsibilities**
- Delivers, sets up, tests, and operates audio-visual equipment for meetings and events.
- Maintains equipment and troubleshoots equipment problems for users.
- Coordinates equipment operation which may require lifting and moving of equipment from one meeting room to another.
- Advises speakers and presenters on media alternatives.
- Assists with meeting room/event set up and reinstatement.
- Conducts meeting rooms and AV equipment inspections daily to ensure they comply with client’s housekeeping checklist.
- Collaborates and works alongside the various leads and any other local or regional team member, where applicable, for large meetings/events on the site to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Ensure all monitors have HDMI cables and are working.
- Cable management for all the meeting rooms.
- Support FM matters (i.e., anything that is on the move).
- Events management and records, for example town hall and IPTC.
- Managing tech assets, including monitors, mouse, Jabra speakers, TV remotes etc.
- Adopts and displays positive behaviour and attitude, and leads by example to provide great customer, employee, and team experience.

**What you need to succeed**
- Provide 1st level fault diagnosis resolution for technology in scope, support in resolving hardware and software issues including support for PC configurations.
- Support business on AV issues (i.e.: troubleshooting, handling of AV equipment - Cisco Jabber, MS Teams, Zoom).
- Setting up townhall (monthly meeting which is live for all employees across Australia)
- Daily check on the equipment in meeting rooms and workstations.
- Manage tech assets including monitors, mouse, etc.
- Checking and changing display cables on all the desks.
- Identify Problems through the analysis of Incidents.
