F45 Sandgate is expanding and looking for a great studio manager to join our team. Personality PLUS is essential - If you're professional, personable, approachable, and outgoing read on. As an F45 Studio Manager you will run industry-leading HIIT sessions, assess member fitness levels and promote the studio, while simultaneously coaching others to do the same. **Responsibilities** - Deliver High Intensity Interval F45 Group Training classes - Build a lead base and help other people become the best version of themselves - Deliver instruction in the F45 terminology - Ensure clients are using correct form at all times - Inspire and promote an energetic environment - Coach junior trainers to become outstanding coaches - Continue to build the community culture of the studio **Skills and Experience** - Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions - Excellent verbal skills - Willingness to work flexible hours - Ability to motivate others - Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients - Ability to develop strong relationships with others - Self-motivated and goal oriented - Passion, enthusiasm & genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of others - Excellent attention to detail - Happy, positive, fun and friendly personality **Culture and Benefits** - Ongoing mentoring opportunities - Opportunity to impact the Fitness industry in Australia - Commitment to growth - Training provided on F45 product and technology - Small, motivated team to work with great support network within the F45 Group. **Qualification Requirements** - Cert III in Group Fitness - Current Senior First Aid and CPR - All necessary Insurances **To Apply**: Send your cover letter and resume, outlining your individual and group training experience, to Tim via the 'Apply' link below.
