**The Role**
Reporting to the State VM Manager, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
**Visual Merchandiser **to join the team, servicing retail stores across VIC

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Implement VM briefs and directives to company expectations across multiple sites
- Implement seasonal and promotional windows in line with VM briefs and directions
- Assist with prop construction and creation
- Understand VM principles and ensure they are actioned in the store
- Liaise with VM Manager and Regional Manager on lifestyle adjacencies and store layouts
- Attend and contribute to store openings
- Create good working relationships with store managers to ensure directives are understood and implemented
- Ensure that stores teams are trained on VM principles and standards
- Have proven experience in Visual Merchandising preferable in menswear, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
- Understand visual merchandise principals
- Have the ability and flexibly to frequently travel throughout Victoria
- Hold a current drivers licence and vehicle
- Be results oriented, motivated and have an open communication style
- Be able to multitask and have exceptional time management skills
- Have strong commercial acumen and in depth understanding of key retail drivers
- Have a detailed and focused approach to work
- Be highly organised to meet schedules and timeframes
- Have a desire for continuous improvement
