**About the Role**:
This role will heavily support the Workshop Foreman to schedule workflow and priorities for all workshop activities.

**What will your day look like?**
- Collate and prepare job cards for the next day
- Notify parts department to order parts that reflect the approved follow-up sheet
- Reprioritize jobs based on parts availability or delays incurred
- Manage the end to end administration process for each job
- Proactively track and monitor the status of all jobs and manage delayed jobs
- Allocate Quality Control jobs in Mechanic Desk
- Place completed job cards into a tray to be collected by Service Advisors.
- Conduct handover of carry-over work between the day and afternoon shifts
- Approve timesheets
- Oversee warranty repair process

**You will have**:

- Trade Qualification Certificates
- Proven experience in Trailers or Heavy Vehicle service and repair
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role or Leading Hand ready to make your next move
- A current HR or HC Truck license (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of and commitment to WHS practices
- A committed Team Player
- Strong Personal and Career Goals
