We are an established Remedial Building company with over 23 years in the industry. Our clients are Strata's and Engineers.

**Due to an increase in business activity, We are seeking motivated Full Time Employee OR Subcontractor.**

Immediate start available operating Monday - Friday.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of the Remedial Building Industry.
- Proven experience, in one or more areas such as Carpentry, Gyrpock Repairs, Painting, Bricklaying, Tiling, Rendering and General Maintenance
- High level attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and other team members
- Strong communication skills
- A proven aptitude for problem solving
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Commitment to OH&S principles and practice
- Qualifications in construction, or another building related field, will be a strong advantage but not essential.
- Ability to undergo a police check
- Able to maintain a neat and tidy appearance
