QA Officer

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Test products and ingredients before, during and after production to make sure they are as per customers specification
- Be responsible for performing daily operational inspections
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of inspections/processes
- Complete set processes and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety and quality
- Guide process staff with quality measures

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:

- Knowledge of HACCP systems and procedures
- Be physically fit with no restrictions or limitations
- Have a reliable vehicle and current drivers licence
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be available to work full-time and be available to work on weekends when required
