**Vice President of Sales - Banking and Financial Services** **Location**: Australia (Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney preferred)

**Your Mission**
- Lead and execute growth strategies to expand services and acquire new clients
- Achieve or exceed revenue, ACV (Annual Contract Value), and TCV (Total Contract Value) targets
- Build and enhance the company brand profile and credibility within Banking and Financial Services
- Develop and nurture deep relationships with key corporate clients
- Generate new business leads through industry networking, conferences, and outreach
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape strategic solutions and guide responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
- Craft and implement client-centric solutions that address complex business challenges.

**What We're Looking For**
- Extensive experience in Banking and Financial Services, with strong industry knowledge and connections
- Proven success in Business Professional Services, BPO, Transformation, Analytics, AI, and related domains
- Ability to develop innovative deal structures and solutions tailored to client needs
- Strong leadership in marketing and sales strategy execution across various verticals
- Expertise in managing complex negotiations and navigating organizational structures
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $270,937.30 - $290,863.38 per year
