**The Opportunity**:
MIGAS and BDR Stainless are seeking a second year boilermaker apprentice to continue their training.

Located in **Tingalpa**, host company **BDR Stainless** works across a large range of industries including but not limited to Energy & Resources, Mining, Oil & Gas, Government and Infrastructure, Power Regeneration, and Food & Beverage.

As well as the workshop fabrication and welding work you will also be involved in installation work, travelling across Brisbane, and assisting tradespeople installing equipment.

Previous experience with stainless materials is an advantage as is experience with piping, however someone who has completed their first year of a boilermaking apprenticeship with good all-round skills, a great attitude, and the willingness to learn is also ideal for them.

BDR Stainless is also happy to look at 3rd year apprentices as well.

Completing this apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to become a qualified Boilermaker and earn your **MEM31922 Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking)**.

**About You**:

- Previous experience with stainless steel products or piping an advantage
- A team player who is willing to listen, learn and follow instructions
- Up to date TAFE transcripts
- Good communication skills
- Excellent safety awareness
- Punctual and reliable
- Manual driver's licence
- White Card
