Donor Campaigns Officer

**The Role**
Reporting to the Annual Giving and Campaigns Manager, the Donor Campaigns Officer is responsible for supporting a vibrant annual fund program, including direct marketing, telephone, digital marketing and campaign management. The Donor Campaigns Officer will participate in the development and implementation of the Annual Giving and Campaigns Program in collaboration with the Annual Giving and Campaigns Manager.

- Designing campaign assets
- Interviewing case studies
- Photography
- Developing video content
- Stewardship planning
- Website management
- Relationship building
- Customer service
- CRM data management
- **Selection Criteria**

**Essential**
- The ability to build bridges and strong collaborative relationships across the Hospital.
- Excellent listening and analysis skills, with both attention to detail and the ability to think holistically in order to solve problems
- Demonstrated experience in a support role preferably in Direct Marketing, Telemarketing, or Fundraising
- Demonstrated outstanding client service skills and experience
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Excellent judgment and sensitivity to interpersonal and organisational dynamics
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and achieve results with diverse constituencies with potentially competing interests, opinions, and expectations
- BA/BS degree required. Desirable Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Behaviours, Experience, and Competency

**Desirable**
- 1 to 3 years’ fundraising, marketing, customer service, or other related experience
- Experience with medical fundraising would be strongly desired
