**The Company**

Rokon is one of Victoria's prominent Civil Construction contractors. We are currently experiencing significant growth and have a healthy pipeline of projects on the horizon. Due to this, we currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Loader Operator to join our Road Crew working across the Western and Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

**The Role**

The team at Rokon is growing and we have a healthy pipeline of projects across Melbourne. Supporting out Road Crew, we are seeking a loader operator/skilled labourer who has sub-divisions, road construction or drainage experience.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

- Experience in operating a Loader for a Road Crew - Essential
- Civil Labouring experience - Essential
- Prepare and position plant for operation
- Load and unload equipment as required
- move earth, rock or rubble to the correct level and alignment using GPS equipment
- Monitor operation of plant and adjust accordingly
- Follow and ensure safe operating procedures at all times
- Good communication skills
- Great work ethic and can-do attitude

**On Offer**

On top of your hourly rate, Rokon offers permanent full time work, daily travel allowance and opportunity for overtime (currently straight to Double Time during the week). Training and development is a key part of our business as we look to support our staff throughout their careers.
