We currently have an opportunity for a **Purchasing and Claiming Officer**to join our team. Reporting to the In-House Trades Manager, this position is responsible for the purchasing and the delivery of materials. Also responsible for tracking and reporting on all material costs.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, key to the success of this role is the ability to proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and deliver defined outcomes in accordance with key performance indicators which will be tracked on a scheduled basis.

**What you’ll bring**
- A High School certificate or tertiary qualification.
- Excellent administration skills and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in purchasing and claiming processes.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to relate well to fellow team members.
- Ability to follow set procedures in a fast-paced multiple transaction environment.
- Ability to work well independently and as a team.
- Coordinating office and administrative functions for a large team and fast paced environment.Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
