**About the Role**:
As a Café Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our café, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You’ll work closely with the team to provide excellent customer service, support staff development, and oversee operational tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising day-to-day café operations, ensuring efficient service and a great customer experience
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver high-quality service
- Assisting with rostering, stock management, and ordering supplies
- Training new staff and upholding company standards
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues professionally
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve on the go
- Passion for customer service and creating a positive team culture
- Barista experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
