**Architecture Manager - Health Care**

**About the Role**:
As an Architecture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership for design services in digital projects. Collaborating with partners and stakeholders, you will drive sustainable improvements to address the challenges faced by the health service and enhance the experience for our consumers.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Technology Operations, you will be responsible for comprehending technology architecture and design requirements for large-scale and complex digital projects, ensuring the delivery of robust solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.

Your expertise and experience in solution architecture will be essential in leading the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end solutions. You will have the opportunity to influence decision-making processes, lead engagements, and guide the development of new digital capabilities to support the ambitious goals of the client.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide authoritative and timely advice to senior management, stakeholders, and executive teams on digital architecture, ensuring successful planning, delivery, and sustainability of digital initiatives.
- Lead the development and optimization of a local architecture practice, including architecture artifacts and processes, to deliver sustainable digital architecture services aligned with frameworks.
- Manage the delivery of architecture services for digital programs and projects, from complex initiatives to minor projects, ensuring desired outcomes and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Develop architecture and design documentation for digital projects, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, meet quality standards, and comply with relevant policies and frameworks.
- Translate business needs into effective options, delivering detailed design specifications aligned with requirements, and ensuring the solution meets stakeholder expectations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Five or more years of experience in leading the delivery of digital architecture in large, complex organizations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Relevant degree or tertiary level qualifications in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio (preferred).
- Vaccination against vaccine-preventable diseases (MMR, varicella, pertussis, and hepatitis B) and COVID-19 as per Health Employment Directives.
- Ability to work throughout the Gold Coast
