**Trade Store Customer Service - Immediate Start**

Our Client is leading Welding Supplies company and right now they are looking for a **Customer service **assistant **to join their Trade Store.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Act as the first point of contact via phone or front counter
- Build and develop relationships with customers - face to face, over the phone and counter based sales enquiries
- Process customer orders, credits and complete quotes
- Stock replenishment, stock takes and Showroom displays
- Cash Handling (Cash, EFTPOS, Cheques)
- General housekeeping of the trade store counter and packing areas
- Trade Counter, Retail or Customer service experience
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Great attitude and reliable
- As the successful applicant you will ideally have previous customer service or trade store experience. It will be your strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude that will see you excel in this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to learn and start a career with a market leader._

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
