About the Role:
Our Wentworth Point location is currently seeking passionate & motivated individuals to join their team in reaching collective goals. These positions would be suitable for Early Childhood Professionals with their** Certificate III** or Diploma in Early Childhood, or interest in working toward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals.
- Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
- Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
- Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
- Contributing to the completion of documentation of children's skills and interests that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice
- Ensuring the physical environment is well maintained
- Engaging in professional communication with families and caregivers

About You:

- Compassionate, considerate and kind
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or interest in working toward)
- Current First Aid
- Current CPR
- Working with Childrens Check
