**Description**:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our newly created Warehouse team in our brand new facility in Tarneit.
This is a hands on role which oversees and coordinates the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, processing, and storing seasonal stock deliveries, as well as managing the picking and packing processes for Retail, Wholesale and eCommerce orders. The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure efficient workflows, particularly during seasonal stock fluctuations, while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting dispatch deadlines. This position will also lead and mentor our small Warehouse team.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the Warehouse, including pick-pack, receipt, dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate and prioritise tasks, related to Retail store replenishments, as well as Wholesale and eCommerce order fulfillment, particularly during seasonal peaks.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock organisation and storage of garments on hangers, flat-packed items and accessories.
- Ensure the effective management of customer returns and ensure returned stock is processed appropriately
- Support stocktake processes as required and monitor inventory, collaborating with the Warehouse Manager to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure new warehouse staff are appropriately trained.
- Handle order discrepancies and resolve issues related to damaged or missing items.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and the warehouse is maintained in a safe, clean and organised manner.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**YOU WILL BRING**:
Previous warehouse supervision experience, with knowledge of managing seasonal inventory fluctuations.
Certification in Warehousing highly regarded (but not required)
Experience leading individuals and teams.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Outstanding time management skills, initiative and follow through
Ability to prioritise tasks according to business requirements and adapt to changing business requirements.
Strong problem solving skills and can be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to address issues quickly, ensuring mínimal impact to the business.
Understanding of OH&S requirements
AP21 system experience is highly regarded.
