**What’s the role?**

Working as part of the Brand, Content and Creative team this role will be responsible for leading our Social content across major platforms. This is a hands on role collaborating with external and internal agencies to deliver awesome creative that drives strong results. Working with internal stakeholders this role will continue to innovate our content and drive best practice across all channels.

**_This is a 12 mth fixed term contract due to parental leave cover _**

**What do I need?**
- Skilled in crafting compelling content and storytelling strategies that drive engagement across diverse social platforms.
- Experienced in leading end-to-end social media campaigns—from strategic planning and creative development to execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Proficient across all major social platforms, with hands-on experience collaborating with influencers to produce authentic, high-impact content.
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with designers, marketers, and community managers to ensure content aligns with brand voice and business goals.
- Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of successfully juggling multiple campaigns and meeting tight deadlines.
