**Position Overview**

We are looking for dedicated and mechanically minded individual to join our production team as **Vehicle Body Assemblers.** This role involves assembling, fitting, and finishing custom-built trailers, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.

As a Trailer Assembler, you’ll work closely with the manufacturing team to build and install key trailer components, ensuring durability, functionality, and a premium finish. You’ll handle structural assembly, electrical and mechanical fittings, and troubleshooting any assembly challenges.

**Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly & Fitting**:
Installing panels, trims, and fittings

Assemble trailer frames, axles, suspension, and other structural components

Install electrical wiring, brakes and lighting

Fit doors, panels, and accessories with precision and accuracy

Read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions

**Quality Control & Problem-Solving**:
Inspect and ensure all trailers meet high-quality standards before completion

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, alignment, or electrical issues during assembly

Adjust and modify components to ensure perfect fit and finish

**Collaboration & Efficiency**:
Work closely with fabricators, and welders for seamless production

Handle and transport trailer components safely within the workshop

Maintain workshop tools and ensure efficient workflow

**What We’re Looking For Technical Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment (preferred)
- Understanding of safety regulations and industry standards

**Preferred Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Fabrication, Automotive, or Body Building Experience (preferred but not required)
- Forklift License (advantageous)
- Valid Driver’s License (advantageous)
- Experience with MIG welding (advantageous)
