**YOUR ROLE**

Join our Employee Relations project team and embark on a thrilling journey with a unique role that allows you to carve your path You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders in the realm of people and culture, taking the lead in maintaining the UKG Pro time and attendance system to meet the requirements of the business.

This role is a permanent role, and the role will be based in Sydney.

**ABOUT YOU
- Experience in Time & Attendance and Payroll system administration (UKG/SAP) including but not limited to, updates, upgrades, testing, customisations, configuration, and security.
- Extensive experience in complex UKG multi-site industry
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong technical aptitude to build systems knowledge and technical capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and assess new system functionality impacts and convey those impacts to a diverse range of affected stakeholder.
- Experience interpreting modern awards and enterprise agreements
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, IT is desirable
