A unique opportunity is available for an experienced Construction Manager to join our high performing team in the NSW, delivering stage 3 of our Newmarket masterplan project in Randwick.
The Newmarket development is over 5 hectares in size and will be an unprecedented offering in Randwick, providing 642 residential dwellings and approximately 2,300sqm of commercial/retail accommodation. The masterplan comprises 17 residential apartment buildings ranging from 3 to 8-storeys and is being developed in three stages

**The Role**
As the leader of our construction team, you will have the opportunity to successfully oversee stage 3 of our Newmarket residential project based in Randwick.
This role will see you managing consultants, contractors, project resources and programme in order to deliver the project to the highest quality, sustainability, and safety standards. You will manage the entire procurement and construction process, resolving design, construction, and stakeholder issues.
**About You**
Qualifications in construction management or engineering supported by extensive experience in delivering large-scale construction projects including full commercial and operational responsibility from pre-construction through to handover is essential. Equally important will be a proven ability to exercise leadership and work collaboratively.
