**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**
- ** Fleet Coordinator** to join our Mammoet Australia Team
- Monday to Friday office based role
- Working at our Henderson, Perth Office

Are you able to bring clarity to complex situations and meet customer expectations? In a Crane Fleet Controller role at Mammoet, you’ll have responsibility for ensuring there is a practical, organized method of executing plans. You will need to establish the most effective way of coordinating all moving parts, and also be able to think on your feet if things change.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Allocating our Crane Fleet and Personnel
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Improve and develop processes and procedures
- Maintain equipment administration
- Liaise with Superintendents and Project Managers
- Ensure a high level of delivery is achieved

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of cranes - preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to form strong relationships and be a team player
- Adaptable and resilient to change
- A desire to learn, willingness to take ownership and a good attitude
