We are a market leader in the auto motive industry with 17 branches across Australia and New Zealand. Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our friendly team.

Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Processing NZ suppliers invoices and payments

Maintaining motor vehicle fleet including registrations, CTP insurance and fuel cards

Processing and reconciling company credit cards and petty cash

Trade creditors reconciliations

Asset Register maintenance

Preparing monthly various cost reports

Daily banking-allocation of NZ customers payments to their accounts.

Working with Creditor Controller for Customer ATB and Rebates.

Filing and other duties as required

Back up Australia Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable when they are on leave

To be successful for this role, you must have following key attributes:
You must be efficient, pro active and have a can do attitude

Attention to details and meet deadline

Excellent computer skills

Good communication skills

Minimum two years accounting related experience

ERP system experience will be highly regarded for this role.

The company provides our staff with a range of benefits. Salary will be negotiable based on your experience.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
