**What will your day look like?**
- Assist with preparing and processing payroll for WorkPac’s placed and internal employees
- Ensure WorkPac’s compliance with service leave, superannuation, income protection lodgement and reporting requirements;
- Investigate, resolve and respond to payroll discrepancies, queries and requests from employees
- Award and EA interpretation

In simple terms, as a Payroll Coordinator, your days will be very structured and fast-paced. But guess what? We really like to have fun and celebrate success. **What do you need?**
- Minimum of one (1) year payroll experience preferably gained in a high-volume work environment (500+ employees)
- Data analysis skills with solid Excel capability
- Ability to work autonomously and in a high-pressure environment balancing conflicting workloads and demands.
- High attention to detail;
- iChris exposure - desirable but not essential
