**About your new role**
- Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
- Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

**A little about you**
- Working towards Certificate III or Diploma or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA
- Experience in an early childhood setting (desirable)
- Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
