We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced coffee professional to lead our coffee service at our recently opened venue, Cassette.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, experienced coffee professional to lead our coffee service at our recently opened venue, Cassette.

They will work closely with the Neighbourhood Experience Lead, to ensure an exceptional resident and customer experience is delivered ensuring high-quality service is offered, while maintaining the day-to-day operations of our dedicated Assemble space.

The role is suited to those that have barista experience, they will be particular about coffee and standards with high attention to detail and quality control across all of the venue’s beverage offers.

Alongside a drive for coffee magnificence, they will enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic team in a multi-faceted role; able to work in a hybrid environment across food and beverage, resident services, and day-to-day operations; and will thrive on providing exceptional service.
- 2+ years’ experience as a head barista in a café, hotel, or bar environment.
- 1+ years’ experience in duty supervisor role
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in a service environment.
- Demonstrated ability in supervisory duties and bar knowledge highly desirable.
