Accounts Officer

Tecside are currently seeking an experienced **Accounts Officer** for our client, a local Engineering company in the Southern Highlands. This is a permanent-full time position starting ASAP Work hours are Monday-Friday, 7am -3pm OR 8am-4pm.

**Duties may include**:

- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- General Administration tasks
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Invoicing
- Updating job sheets
- Assisting with preparation of quotations
- Data entry

**About you**:

- Experience with accounts such as invoicing, accounts payable, reconciliations etc.
- Excellent phone manner
- Xero experience desirable, however not essential
- Experience with Microsoft office programs
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Must be reliable
