**The Opportunity**:
To support our clients, Nextt has immediate opportunities across West Melbourne, including; Delahey, Melton & Wyndham Vale We are looking for mental health, attendant care, and disability support workers for a wide variety of services like community access, activities of daily living and supported independent living.
**About you**
You are passionate about supporting our clients to reach their goals and work in a person-centered culture and you will have:
- Compassion for people with disability and/or mental illness
- Experience in supporting clients with complex behaviour support plans, cognitive disabilities, TBI/ABI, physical and verbal aggression, 24/7 care, personal care support
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Restrictive Practices, Manual Handling, Medication Management, Personal Care, Wound management, Complex behaviours and Bowel Therapy.
- A minimum of Cert III in Mental Health/Disability/Community Services/Individual Support/Nursing or above with minimum of 1 year of industry experience
