The City of Burnside is one of Adelaide's most attractive and historic residential areas. Located in the South-Eastern corner of Adelaide and just 10 minutes from the Central Business District, the City of Burnside covers 28 suburbs and has a residential population of over 45,000. Due to Parental Leave, we are seeking an energetic and motivated team player to join the IT team as the Digital Solutions Designer.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and support website initiatives and provide expert advice to the organisation.
- Review and assist with web publications, events, Canva templates.
- Provide graphic design support or advice.
- Oversee the administration of online engagement tools and social media platforms.
- Provide quality helpdesk support, working with the wider IT team and our vendors.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in general IT, SharePoint, OpenCities, Nintex or alternate process automation platforms.
- Previous experience in graphic design, image editing, web design and web development.
- Experience with managing small to medium projects, gathering user requirements, and turning them into long-term digital solutions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for helping others.

The role is offered as a fixed term contract to end-September 2026, full-time, classified at Level 5 under the City of Burnside Administration Employees Enterprise Agreement 2023.
