Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing, Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.

In collaboration with our associated partners, IMC have been delivering projects to Tier 1 Resource clients including Rio Tinto, Woodside Petroleum, Northern Star Resources FMG, Roy Hill, Saracen Minerals and Newcrest Mining amongst others since 2013.

We are currently seeking an experienced

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of the Health Safety & Environmental Management Plan and associated procedures onsite;
- Ensure adherence to same;
- Promoting awareness of customer requirements and continual improvement principles with respect to HSEQ;
- Actively contribute to delivering a project free from incidents, injury and environmental harm
- Carry out regular site safety inspections and audits;
- Maintaining project site records;
- Managing any HSEQ related escalations;
- Monitoring the status of corrective and preventative actions identified, and provide advice and reports to Project Management on close-out actions
- Incident management
- Other HSEQ duties as required

**Role Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role within the Mining and Civil Construction industry
- Previous experience providing HSEQ services in a remote environment
- Relevant qualifications in OH&S (Cert IV), Diploma level or higher
- Cert IV Training and Assessment
- Working knowledge of OH&S legislation & HSEQ management practices
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written,
- Easy and approachable interpersonal skills with all, from ground staff to CEO
- Excellent computer skills with a sound knowledge of the MS Office
- Valid Drivers License
- ICAM or Taproot methodology
