Are you ready to take your hospitality game to the next level? We're looking for a full time **Gaming Host** to elevate the premium experience within our gaming lounge and represent the very best of what Georges River 16ft Sailing Club and Alt. Hospitality Group have to offer.

As a **Gaming Host**, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience - delivering genuine, proactive, and discreet service that leaves a lasting impression. This is more than just a role; it’s about building strong relationships, curating unforgettable moments, and championing responsible gaming, all while ensuring a luxurious and seamless guest experience.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Creating a warm, tailored, and sophisticated environment for every guest
- Building genuine connections to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits
- Ensuring premium service standards are consistently exceeded
- Managing gaming transactions with accuracy and discretion
- Being an expert in our gaming offerings, loyalty programs, and responsible gaming practices
- Collaborating with the team to innovate and enhance the overall guest experience

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience delivering high-end, personalised service (ideally in gaming, hospitality or luxury settings)
- A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of gaming operations and regulations
- RSA and Advanced RCG (mandatory)
- Someone who leads with integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to our premium brand standards
