**Company Overview**:
**Responsibilities for Piano Teacher**:
1.Create tailored learning plans for individual and group students, focusing on their specific needs and goals to ensure effective piano instruction.

2.Design and deliver comprehensive piano theory lessons, covering essential concepts such as musical notation, pitch and scales, chords, rhythm and meter and musical expression and style.

3.Provide specialized instruction in piano techniques, including finger positioning, scales, arpeggios, and complex pieces.

4.Provide hands-on instruction by demonstrating piano techniques and exercises, helping students master playing methods and build a strong technical foundation.

5.Guide students in the use of various piano repertoires, ranging from classical to contemporary pieces, helping them to build a diverse and well-rounded musical portfolio.

6.Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress in piano playing, providing detailed feedback and support to enhance their skills and performance.

7.Foster positive relationships with students to create a supportive and motivating learning environment.

8.Continuously update and improve the curriculum, teaching materials, and instructional methods to keep the learning process engaging and effective.

9.Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in piano education by attending professional conferences and workshops.

10.Maintain and tune pianos regularly, ensuring that students practice on well-maintained instruments that produce the best sound quality.

11.Assist in organizing several piano performances each year, helping students prepare and encouraging their participation.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:
1.At least three years of working experience in teaching piano.

2.Hold at least a diploma qualification in a music-related field.

3.Have rich experience in organizing and coordinating students for piano competitions and performances.

4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5.Proficiency in English is required.

6.Flexible working on modified schedules and alternative hours.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
