Customer Relationship Specialist

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a new team member with a strong client focus to join our Client Relationship Team at our Booragul office. As the first point of contact you understand the importance of impeccable client service and have an empathetic and rapport building approach to new and existing clients. This opportunity is varietal in its client base ranging from Disability Support services, Individual and Group Therapies, Retirement Living, Home Care, Residential Care or access to Allied Health programs through our Centre based services.

**About you?***
- Previous client service experience in Aged Care and/or Disability Support Services
- Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understand the importance of a high functioning, multi-skilled team culture and can contribute to this but also work autonomously.
- Willing to undertake a National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Providing client service with compassion and empathy and develop rapport through your understanding of a client’s individual needs and goals.
- Help clients to understand all available options and recommend service solutions that consider their individual needs, preferences and goals
- Build strong relationships with clients and referral networks, through effective communication and regular follow up that focuses on understanding our clients’ needs.
- Promoting our services, point of difference and pursuing cross selling opportunities.
- Liaise with our service specialists across the organisation and support our customers to access these services.
- Deliver complex information in a simple and clear manner.
