**About the Role**
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive **Claims Administrator** to join our fast-paced insurance building team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, insurers, and trades, ensuring every job progresses smoothly from claim to completion.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with insurers, clients, and assessors to coordinate repair claims
- Schedule inspections, make-safes, and trade appointments
- Prepare and submit documentation, reports, and progress updates
- Track job milestones and follow up on outstanding actions
- Maintain accurate records in our job management system
- Support the team with general admin and customer service tasks
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working across multiple systems and tasks
- Experience in insurance, construction, or admin roles (preferred)
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- A team player with attention to detail and initiative

Pay: $46,885.15 - $98,355.26 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Claims Admin or co-ordinating: 1 year (preferred)
