**About the Role**

Due to ERP changes, 65 content items need to be completed, the current presence on the intranet is not intuitive and end users find navigating the current information challenging. The ERP Change team will also be focused on creating new ERP end user materials (factsheets, QRGs, videos etc). There is limited bandwidth that exists within the current teams to manage this content meaning they need a contractor to complete this piece of work to ensure it is ready for the ERP go-live.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience and familiarity with a range of digital media, content management systems and communications platforms, including SharePoint
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and at pace on multiple projects with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Technical writing experience related to policy and procedural documentation
- Proven experience in Microsoft Sharepointdesign for the purposes of end user communication
