We’re currently looking for a friendly, reliable and food-loving Retail Shop Assistants to join the full-time team at our **Rose Bay** store.
**What You’ll Do**:
As a frontline team member, you’ll be the face of Harris Farm Markets, helping us bring joy to the everyday food shop through amazing service and exceptional produce.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering warm, helpful and efficient customer service
- Creating visually appealing, fresh, and well-stocked displays
- Ensuring accurate signage and pricing across departments
- Keeping shelves, cases, and workspaces clean, safe, and organised
- Assisting with food tastings and sampling programs
- Following food safety and health protocols at all times
**What You’ll Bring**:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing retail or hospitality role
- A genuine passion for fresh food and creating a great shopping experience
- Strong communication skills and a warm, team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
