Are you looking for a NEW opportunity? We are currently looking to recruit a Room Leader for our Girraween centre.

Grow ELC is a boutique family run business with centres based in Blacktown, Girraween and Killarney Vale. At our centres we aim to supply quality childcare in a warm and secure environment. We pride ourselves on providing the highest possible standard of care and require enthusiastic and passionate people to join our team.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Someone who can make everyday fun and exciting for the children
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (or working towards a bachelor’s degree)
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Ensure learning and development is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Experience with room leadership and team management would be an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create a stimulating and positive environment for the children by planning fun and educational experiences
- Writing observations and analysing children’s progression and development
- Work part of a team to create a warm and inclusive environment for children
- Lead and positively influence a team of educators
- An energetic, positive attitude and the drive for continual growth and development
- Develop strong relationships with children and effectively communicate with parents and carers
- A friendly and enthusiastic personality

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Regular cleaning is undertaken at our centres.
