About you
Our Recruitment Consultants are the marketing and sales function of the business - they cultivate deep relationships with healthcare professionals and navigate them into the business seamlessly, finding the right long-term fit. Some of our healthcare professionals have been with us for over 20 years as a result.

Ideally, you’d have
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant marketing/sales/recruitment role
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to build influential relationships with senior stakeholders

About the role
You’ll be expected to
- Know your medical centres inside-out so you can be a true “business advocate”
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for these Centres - from lead generation to contract negotiation, to handover for on-boarding and follow-up
- Suggest big improvement ideas to grow the business (the bolder the better)
- Work independently and flexibly (outcomes matter more than input)
