Great Southern Bank is implementing a new Dynamics 365 based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. The Test Analyst of CRM will be key role assuring quality, requirements traceability and acceptance of solution by business as well as technology operations.

The CRM implementation program will be Partner led where our Partner will bring technical expertise, prior experience, development, and testing capabilities to deliver the initial platform set up & business functionality. The CRM Test Analyst will work with the Partner, bringing testing acumen and best test practices including automation to achieve the desired quality and maintainable test assets. In addition, the role will also be entrusted to bring the Intellectual Property (IP) of CRM within Great Southern Bank to be able to test functionality and non-functional aspects of the solution in BAU support and Change roadmap.

The Test Analyst will be responsible to work alongside vendor in their functional and non-functional testing, design, and creation of test assets mainly automation (incl of CICD integration) and gain techno-functional knowledge of End-To-End CRM Solution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Testing Platform and Non-Functional Requirements
- Ensuring that functional tests meet acceptance criteria and will play major role in marking user stories to “Done”
- Work with vendor in their test phases and review the test deliverables and execution qualities
- Work with vendor towards selection of best fit automation capability and create end-to-end as well as component level automation for ST, SIT and Regression test phases
- Define, establish, follow, and embed Test practices and procedures within the test team including test Design guidelines, automation standards, appropriate documentations and test practices, tools, and test delivery

**Skills & Experience**:

- Test experience in Dynamics 365 or similar CRM solution
- Testing of UI, API frameworks and Data flow
- Designing and building test automation of UI, integration, and Data validations
- Working with multiple stakeholders - internal and external partners
