**About the role**:
We have a great opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to support our REM Analytics team. You’ll manage the budget and forecasting process, including responsibility for period end close and autonomously lead financial control, governance, and integration of strategic programs for the area of the business this role supports You’ll provide strategic storytelling, support senior leaders, deliver financial insights, manage stakeholder dynamics and be a trusted business partner, contributing to the transformation of our business. You will also;
- Provide financial and commercial support to the CFS Payments business
- Provide fact based insight and commentary on monthly financial performance and assist business leaders in meeting their set budgets & targets
- Lead business leaders through forecasting & planning cycles (annual budgets & strategic plan)
- Influence business leader decision making with fact based insightful and innovative analysis
- Provide financial leadership on strategic projects & business cases for any new business initiatives

**About you and your skills**:
You are highly motivated and self-driven. Focused on driving through results to a conclusion and engaging with the business to ensure delivery. Passionate about solving the business’ performance-related issues.
Ideally, you’ll also have the following skills & experience:

- CA/CPA or similar business qualification or near with commercial awareness and business focus
- Experience in the Retail or FMCG sectors will be highly regarded, alternatively a big 4 or mid-tier environment
- Proven management and leadership skills with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills including influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & presentation skills (verbal and written), ability to present simplified complex data & concepts to enable decision making
- Strong time management and planning skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Advanced Excel and Financial Modelling Skills, as well as strong PowerPoint skills
- Able to manipulate large data sets, uncover hidden insights, and meaningfully improve our understanding of our business through this process
- Proficiency with systems including TM1 and SAP preferable
