Playground Installer

Office Based at Blaxland 2774.

The Company.

The company has been in the playground industry for the last 13 years. We have now reached the point where we are the industry benchmark and are being asked to take on more and more projects for new clients. To do this we need to expand our workforce and employ some good quality employees for the long term expansion.This is a great opportunity for someone with construction experience to help build a quality team that will maintain our high standards and keep up a professional appearance for our clients.

The Role and Responsibilities.

A typical day we would meet here at the Blaxland office and jump in one of the company vehicles and head to site, about 80% of our work is Sydney based with the rest away jobs to ACT, Wagga Wagga, VIC, Port Stephens and everywhere in between.

Once arriving at site you would be required to unload the playground equipment, get the tools out that are required, assist set out of the playground, help dig and clean out the footings, assemble the playground equipment, barrow concrete into the foundations, clean down the equipment on completion and pack up all the tools. During the build you would be keeping the tools in one location so nothing is lost or damaged and keeping the site clean and tidy from any loose packaging.

The applicant must have:
Previous experience in the construction or landscaping industry working with cordless tools and hand tools.

Have a full drivers licence.

Be physically fit preferably a non smoker.

Have a white card.

Complete a working with children check through the RMS before commencing work.

It would be a benefit if you had truck licence LR or higher, excavator ticket, EWP, BL,SL Working at Heights or dogman certificate.

Training & Team.

The successful applicant will have a hard work ethic and be able to work well with others, We have a relaxed work atmosphere with respect, reliability and being accountable for your own actions high on the list. We have a zero tolerance to drugs and conduct random drug tests to ensure none of our employees will compromise the safety of others.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
