Sydney- Asset Management- PermanentA leading global asset manager is seeking a Client Investment Reporting Analyst or Associate to join their global Client Account Services division in Sydney.

This is a newly created role and will be responsible for providing clients with custom and standardised reports in relation to their portfolio and on topics including performance, analytics, attribution, compliance and enterprise risk. The Client Reporting Associate will also provide clients with support and assistance on their queries.

**Responsiblities**:

- Responsible for the end-to-end production and distribution process for completing repeatable and ad-hoc client reporting packages for specified business unit(s). The workflow involves sourcing data from various systems, coordinating with different internal teams for sources, compiling data into different systems or software, and distributing via the reporting platform.
- Ensure production timeliness, while meeting quality and compliance requirements.
- Responsible for the liaison with internal stakeholders on client report requirements and enquiries. This involves negotiation, establishment, and management of deadline feasibilities, prioritizing other requirements with these stakeholders, while managing the client/distribution team’s expectations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, geared towards improving client service, operational efficiency, and/or output quality.
- Act as an informal resource for colleagues with lesser experience.

**Experience**:

- Associated degree and around 3+ years’ experience working in the Asset Management industry, with client reporting experience preferred.
- Good understanding of investment and fund industry, including performance and investment strategies.
- Strong technical skills on Excel and Powerpoint preferred.
- Ability to work independently and learn new technology and/or processes quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
