**About the opportunity**

This role is suited to someone who has a passion to guide clients on their health and wellness journey through exceptional customer service to ensure the best City Cave experience. Sales experience is beneficial. All technical product and service training provided.

We are open 7 days a week until 9pm. Shift schedules are 8am - 2.45pm & 2.45pm - 9.30pm daily.

We currently have an opportunity available for the right person to join the team 2-4 shifts per week ( 15-28 hours per week).

**Key Responsibilities**

Ensure that the customer service needs and expectations are exceeded daily.
- Client relations. This is a customer service role so excellent service and rapport building with clients is paramount.
- Sales. Product knowledge and providing the Guest with the best value for money options we have to suit their health care needs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our services, promoting physical and mental wellbeing.
- Time management. You will be managing the centre and the flow of all appointments throughout the day.
- Cleaning. Ensuring the facility remains clean and well presented at all times.
- Administration and booking management.
- Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
- Clinical documentation compliance for massage therapists.

We are a busy Centre open until 9pm 7 days per week so the ability to work multiple shifts including evenings and weekends will be viewed preferrably.
