**About the Role**:
As a Junior Buyer, you’re not just chasing stock—you’re learning to anticipate demand, balance product lifecycles, and serve up the right styles at the right time. This role builds commercial foundations in retail buying, combining hands-on operational support with real-time learning from experienced merchandisers and buyers.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
Order Facilitation & Admin Accuracy
- Prepare and submit purchase orders with precision and pace
- Manage and update product and vendor data to support seamless trade
- Track order progress and alert on potential delays or risks

Vendor & Brand Communication
- Coordinate with brand partners to confirm orders and delivery schedules
- Assist with routine brand touchpoints—product updates, delivery ETAs, and style corrections

Inventory & Refill Management
- Monitor indent and refill flows, identifying gaps and opportunities
- Support inventory team with basic reporting and restock processes

Insight & Analysis Support
- Organise product performance data and help prep trade decks
- Assist the team in gathering market and competitor insights

Growth & Development
- Take initiative to learn product lifecycle strategy, margin management, and assortment planning
- Participate in seasonal reviews and strategy sessions to expand buying acumen

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following**:

- Entry-level experience in retail, admin, or buying coordination
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Attention to detail and a hunger to learn commercial decision-making
- A customer-first mindset—you know it’s not just about products, but the people who wear them
- Communication with brands is timely, professional, and well-documented
- You’re organised, proactive, and gaining confidence in reading stock and sales performance
- You bring curiosity, energy, and precision to every task—whether it's filling in a line sheet or contributing to a range review
