**The Job**:
We need a key team member - an experienced Trainer in RETAIL - outgoing and enthusiastic new team member to work in **Penrith NSW.**

You will be passionate and sociable and a part of a tight knit, high performing team you will work with our clients assisting to build work skills assisting Trainees to move towards paid employment in the Retail sector. Johnny H is different to other service providers - we provide services to clients with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, which will enhance our clients with a greater personal and community engagement. **Skills and Experience**:

- Strong communication skills with all Stakeholders
- Previous experience facilitating small group sessions is essential in RETAIL
- MUST be able to facilitate content on Monday 8.30am to 4.00pm and possible Friday afteroon. Experience in a similar role is essential as you will need to hit the ground running
- Strong sense of community and engagement
- Desire to go above and beyond
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
