Liaison opportunity for current GP Registrar of the RACGP
Part-time (0.2FTE/7.6hrs pw) fixed term opportunity
Flexible location with WFH options
About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager FSP & PEP Specialist, you’ll advocate and represent GP Registrars (GPRs) at the program management level, provide input into relevant programs and communications and assist GPRs throughout training. In addition, you’ll:
Identify and liaise with the College about emerging registrar concerns and issues
Engage with the GPs in Training (GPiT) Faculty supporting initiatives and liaising with relevant GPiT Faculty Council representatives
Contribute to the educational program where appropriate and present information at the training program workshops to assist registrars develop an understanding of the RLO role
Skills & Experience
At least six (6) months GP community-based training within the FSP
Strong communication, leadership, and advocacy skills
Passion for assisting registrars and GP training
Good working knowledge of the training practice environment and the FSP
