**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking two highly skilled and versatile Machine and Production Operators to join our dynamic Sheet Metal Manufacturing Production Team.

Day shift hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm

Located in the western suburbs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery and equipment, particularly Quadro roll forming equipment, to manufacture cladding products.
- Demonstrate an intimate understanding of the cladding manufacturing process, including knowledge of parts created and quality requirements.
- Exhibit a full understanding of each profile made using the Quadro, including Interlock, Nail Strip, Standing Seam, and Snap Lock profiles.
- Identify and describe each profile accurately and understand lay direction.
- Ensure compliance with critical quality parameters for each profile manufactured.

**About You**:

- Motivated and energetic team player willing to collaborate and learn from others.
- Possess a forklift license and relevant experience (advantageous).
- Physically fit and capable of completing manual handling tasks.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Quality and process-driven with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting numbers and drawings.
